117th Annual Convention on September 20th & 21st, 2022.

The Convention is to be held at Hard Rock Hotel & Casino, in Atlantic City, New Jersey.
You are cordially invited to participate with a booth in our exhibit area.
The fee as an Exhibitor is $1,000.00 which is payable upon confirmation of attendance.
This will entitle you to one (1) representative to attend each of our General Sessions and our Cocktail/Dinner Reception.
Booths must be in place by 8:00AM on Tuesday, September 20th 2022.
Cocktail/Dinner Reception Sponsors contribution is $2,500.00.
This fee will also entitle you (& 1 additional representative) to participate as an Exhibitor as stated above, your Company name will be listed in our Program and displayed on a sign at our Cocktail/Dinner Reception as a Host and your name announced during our conference.
Entertainment Sponsor contribution is $5,000.00.
This fee, like the Cocktail/Dinner Reception Sponsor, will also entitle you & 2 additional representatives to participate as an Exhibitor as stated above, your Company name will be listed in our Program with the announcement of the Band and displayed on a sign at our Cocktail/Dinner Reception and an announcement made of the Entertainment Sponsor when introducing the Band to perform.
Agenda & Resolution Book Sponsor contribution for $10,000.00.
This fee entitles you to the same as the entertainment sponsor, Plus Full-Page Back Cover Color Ad on Agenda book (only one advertisement). Delegate Gift Sponsor contribution for $15,000.00. This fee entitles you to the same as the entertainment sponsor, Plus your advertisement with each gift.
Please return the completed form with payment to our office by August 22, 2022 space is limited and will not be confirmed until payment is made in full.
