Open Forum: Improving Benefits Engagement
You’ve worked hard to provide healthcare solutions — but how do we ensure members actually use them? Let’s have an honest conversation about what really works.
In partnership with BPEA, we’re bringing together union benefit fund administrators, vendors, consultants, and partners for a special breakfast roundtable focused on increasing engagement and utilization of healthcare point solutions.
Discussion Topics Include:
• Vendor Partnerships – what works, what doesn’t
• Data Analytics – personalizing engagement
• Messaging Campaigns – reaching diverse audiences
• AI & Emerging Tools – what’s next
• Micro Influencers – engaging communities
This won’t be your typical ABA meeting. Instead of long presentations, this open forum is about sharing real-world experiences — what has worked, what hasn’t — from ABA member health & welfare funds, vendors, consultants, and partners.
Together, we can define what we need from our partners, not the other way around.
