The 2026 Tradeswomen Build Nations (TWBN) Conference—the largest annual gathering of unionized tradeswomen in the world—will take place October 9–11, 2026, in Houston, Texas. This landmark event brings together thousands of tradeswomen from across North America for three powerful days of education, advocacy, and solidarity.
Presented by TradesFutures, with continued leadership and sponsorship from North America’s Building Trades Unions (NABTU), TWBN is the premier forum for advancing women in the skilled trades.
