Our 2025 Recap: People, Purpose, Solidarity
As we welcome 2026, we reflect on a year of service, growth, and community in the labor movement.

Honoring Veterans
At our 3rd Annual Veterans Service Awards, we recognized Christopher Erikson (IBEW Local 3), Sal Correa (BAC Local 7), Mario Alba (Robbins Geller, Rudman & Dowd), and paid tribute to 100-year-old WWII Navy Veteran Arthur Grabiner and the IBEW Local 3 Veterans Club. Through Vets 4 Vets, we continued supporting VFWs, American Legions, and NY Helmets to Hardhats.

Strengthening Community
We expanded across the labor movement, attending key conferences and sharing the stories of workers, union leaders, and public officials. We welcomed our community into union training centers, including IBEW Locals 3 & 25, BAC Locals 1 & 7, and others, highlighting why union labor remains the gold standard.

Opening Doors for the Next Generation
Partnering with William E. Grady High School and Level Up, we introduced students to careers in construction and union trades, building pathways for tomorrow’s leaders.
