Welcome to the ULA Network
ULA Network is a labor-centered platform dedicated to supporting, educating, and promoting the union community. Through trusted content, industry partnerships, and strategic outreach, we connect union members, labor leaders, and organizations working to strengthen the trades.
Our mission is to deliver meaningful information, highlight important initiatives, and create opportunities that empower the workforce and advance the future of organized labor.
Why the ULA Network Was Created
The ULA Network was founded to give union labor a stronger voice. Across the country, union members build infrastructure, educate, protect communities, and keep essential services running—yet many of their stories and career pathways go unseen.
Michael V. Fina created the Network to highlight these contributions, showcase apprenticeship and skilled trades opportunities, and inspire the next generation. Through storytelling, educational media, and interviews with members, leaders, and veterans, the ULA Network celebrates the people shaping our communities and strengthens awareness of careers in union labor.
At its heart, the mission is to connect, inform, and inspire—helping skilled workers, families, and communities thrive while honoring the impact of organized labor every day.
